Let's face it - this year has been pretty darn strange and we know that not everyone is going to be comfortable with an in person visit with Santa Claus. Not to worry! 

Our friends at the Lake View Credit Union have partnered with us to make it possible for your children to video chat with Santa Claus all the way from the North Pole!

Yes! On December 6th, Dear Old St. Nick is going to put his trusty elves in charge while he video chats with children - so much fun!

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Internet connection capable of streaming video
2. If your computer is capable of video chatting (camera/sound), then you should have no problem connecting with Santa Claus. To be on the safe side, after you register on the ticketing site, Mrs. Claus is going to follow up in a few days with a phone call and ask for some additional information like:

• YOUR COMPUTER CAPABILITIES
• CONTACT PARENT/GUARDIAN NAME
• MAILING ADDRESS FOR SANTA LETTER
• CELL PHONE NUMBER (so we can call 10 minutes prior to your time)
• ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS - where we can send information, digital photo and/or video link
• WHO WILL SANTA BE SPEAKING TO? PLEASE PROVIDE NAMES & AGES OF ANYONE ON THE CALL
• ANY SPECIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHILDREN YOU WISH TO SHARE

In the days following the call, you will receive a copy of the video clip (a download link will be provided), a digital copy of a photo with Santa during the call, and a personal letter from Santa will arrive!
