OVG360, a division of the Oak View Group, is a full-service venue management and event programming company built on the foundation of truly putting our clients first. Background

The City took centre stage when the Encana Events Centre opened in Spring 2008. In 2021, the Encana Events Centre became the Ovintiv Events Centre (see news release here)

The Ovintiv Events Centre is a state-of-the-art, multi-events centre with 4,500 permanent seats, and 27 VIP Luxury Suites, that is the premier entertainment facility for the entire British Columbia and Alberta Peace Region.

Dawson Creek is easily accessible from every direction during summer and winter due to its location at the crossroads of several major highway systems including Highway 97 South to Prince George and Vancouver (The Hart Highway); Highway 97 North to the Yukon and Alaska (The Alaska Highway); Highway 49 East to the Alberta Peace; and Highway 2 South to Grande Prairie and Edmonton.
