We want everyone to have a great, comfortable and safe experience! At the Ovintiv Events Centre, we offer accessible seating and options. 

Washrooms, ATMs, ticket windows and concessions throughout the Ovintiv Events Centre are accessible to guests with disabilities. A public elevator is located centrally in the venue providing easy access to all levels.

Seating for guests using wheelchairs, walkers and companion seating is available for all events. There are 4 sections with accessible seating in the upper bowl and the wheelchair accessible seating is located in the top rows of the following sections:

SECTION: 101, 117, 121 and our Family Section 123

**If you are wanting to sit in the floor seating section, please contact the Box Office directly to inquire as to availability. 

When purchasing your tickets, you can purchase online using our pick your own seat map, or you can call the Box Office directly at 250-782-7440. When calling, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation. Up to two adjacent companion seats may be purchased.

Designated parking stalls for guests with disabilities are available in several nearby lots. Click here to access a Parking Map. Accessible drop-off and pick up are located at the main entrance. Sign language interpreters may be available for some events at the discretion of event producers.
