Full-Time Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator supports the Finance Department with 75% accounting and 25% administrative duties, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, collections, daily reporting, and office administration. They assist with event financials, artist payments, and merchandise settlements, often working some evenings and weekends. This role works closely with all departments and clients, maintaining exceptional customer service, accurate records, and organized systems. Hourly rate: $23–$27 CAD.

Under the direction of the Director of Operations/Chief Engineer, the Operation Labourer will perform various tasks related to facility setups and changeovers, perform arena maintenance, and assist with daily operations. Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor, while receiving support from the Operations Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing and organizing the cleaning activities for the housekeeping department prior to, during, and following events. The Housekeeping Supervisor is also responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness of the facility, including but not limited to bathrooms, dressing rooms, offices, hallways, stairwells and entrances. This role pays an hourly rate of $24.00 to $26.00 CAD

The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and other snack items at each location. This role will pay an hourly rate bewteen $17.75 to $18.75 plus tips.
