Accessibility at the Ovintiv Events Centre

The Ovintiv Events Centre is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all guests. Our facility features accessible washrooms, ATMs, ticket windows, and concession areas. A centrally located public elevator offers easy access to all venue levels.

Accessible seating for guests using wheelchairs, walkers, or those requiring companion seating is available at every event. These seats are located in the upper bowl, in the top rows of Sections 101, 117, 121, and our designated Family Section 123.

Guests interested in accessible seating on the floor level are asked to contact the Box Office directly to inquire about availability.

Tickets can be purchased online using the "Pick Your Own Seat" map, or by calling the Box Office at 250-782-7443. If you require any accommodations, please inform our ticketing staff when purchasing.

Up to two adjacent companion seats may be available.
