Traditional slow-cooked caramelized onions with selection of fresh herbs and Sherry wine. Served with baguette & Swiss cheese gratin.

Short Rib Bourguignon

24-hour slow-cooked beef short ribs in Pinot Noir & mirepoix, covered in bacon, pearl onion, gourmet mushrooms and roasted fingerling potatoes.

Lava Cake & Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Decadent chocolate lava cake & salted caramel ice cream.
