NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

Due to unforeseen production issues, the rescheduled Mile Zero Meltdown concert featuring Buckcherry, Bif Naked and guest Age of Days has been cancelled for October 8th, 2021 at the Ovintiv Events Centre in Dawson Creek.

Credit Card purchases:

Customers who purchased their tickets with a credit card will have the ticket price and the per-ticket fee automatically reversed beginning September 30th. Please be advised credit card refunds can take between 5-10 days to post. Please contact the Tiger Box Office Plus at the Ovintiv Events Centre at BoxOffice@dawsoncreekeventscentre.com if a credit card refund has not occurred by October 14th.

Cash or Debit purchases:

Customers who purchased tickets using cash or a debit card at one of our outlets or the Tiger Box Office Plus at the Ovintiv Events Centre are asked to call the Box Office Manager at 250-795-3306 to schedule an appointment to process a refund. Only the purchaser of the tickets, with valid photo ID, may receive the refund in the form of the original payment method.
