A heavy metal takeover is coming to Dawson Creek—bringing together headbangers, hardcore fans, and the emotionally charged for one unforgettable night. Killswitch Engage, alongside Machine Head and Malevolence, will ignite the stage on August 16th at the Ovintiv Events Centre.
Killswitch Engage’s latest album, This Consequence, captures the band at full force—delivering a sound that is bruising, unrelenting, and at times strikingly melodic. “I never considered myself to be a part of mainstream society,” shares lead vocalist Jesse Leach. “To me, this record is about the consequences of our actions as humans—as we engage in war, hatred, division, and control. History repeats itself. We’re going to have to answer for our actions… cause-and-effect is a driving theme. We will face a consequence.”
With Machine Head and Malevolence rounding out the bill, this powerhouse lineup promises a night that will hit hard, resonate deep, and leave a lasting mark. This is one you won’t want to miss.
