COVID-19 / CORONAVIRUS - ENCANA EVENTS CENTRE UPDATES

GRADUATION - JUNE 2020

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and the restrictions placed on large gatherings, the Graduation 2020 commencement and prom will not take place at the Encana Events Centre this year. New plans for celebration will be posted via the School District #59.

MILE ZERO MELTDOWN - BUCKCHERRY, BIF NAKED AND GUESTS AGE OF DAYS POSTPONED UNTIL OCTOBER 31

Mile Zero Meltdown - BuckcherryBif Naked and guests Age of Days has been postponed and rescheduled for SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31ST. This postponement and rescheduling was made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Buckcherry, Bif Naked and Age of Days know that this postponement is in the best interest of its fans and venue employees and therefore have chosen to move their Canadian Tour to the fall.

Tickets previously purchased or won through contesting will be valid for the new date.

2020 Gun Show & Sportsman Show - POSTPONED (until further notice)

The 2020 Gun Show & Sportsman show has been postponed until further notice in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the Provincial Government's declaration prohibiting gatherings of greater than 250 people.

Patrons are encouraged to hold onto their tickets at this time as the tickets will be acccepted for the revised date.

The Annual Easter Eggstravaganza hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Dawson Creek has been cancelled in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the Provincial Government's declaration prohibiting gatherings of greater than 250 people. 

 

THURSDAY MARCH 12, 2020, 6:00 P.M.

Today, the BC Government urged that gatherings of 250 people or more be cancelled or postponed to help slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, the Encana Events Centre will be cancelling or postponing all gatherings until further notice.

We are currently working to reschedule upcoming events and performances and will provide updates as quickly as possible.

The safety and well-being of our employees, partners, performers, athletes and guests is our top priority. We will continue to follow recommendations from the BC Centre for Disease Control, BC Government and local authorities as the situation develops.

Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. We will email patrons directly regarding the status of each performance as details are confirmed, and the most up-to-date status for each event will be available on our website.
