Para Hockey 101
Tyler McGregor’s journey in Para Hockey began after a bone cancer diagnosis led to the amputation of his left leg, reshaping his hockey dreams. Since 2012, he has competed internationally, earning three World Championship titles and three Paralympic medals. Most recently, he captained Team Canada to gold at the 2024 World Para Hockey Championship. Off the ice, Tyler has raised over $130,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation and serves on multiple national athletic boards. Catch him in action this winter at the 2025 Para Cup at the Ovintiv Events Centre!
