Not only is Grammy-nominated Emerson releasing their 5th studio album, Roll, but the band also announced  that they will be co-headlining the 2013 CMT Hitlist Tour with fellow celebrated Canadian country act Doc Walker. Seeing both groups joined by special guest Aaron Prichett,  the CMT Hitlist Tour will be making stops in major cities across the country and will kick off  on March 6 in Vancouver B.C. at the Vogue Theatre and with a stop in Dawson Creek on Friday, March 8, 2013.

Hot off a collaborative performance with Doc Walker at the 2012 Canadian Country Music Association Awards, Emerson Drive will take to the stage celebrating the incredible success of Roll’s first single, “She’s My Kind of Crazy.” Debuting at #1 on the iTunes Country Singles Chart and the highest selling Canadian country song for 8 weeks, this song laid the groundwork for the release of “Let It Roll”, the album’s second single.

Released early last week, “Let It Roll” has quickly become the #1 added country song at stations nationwide and, there is no question that the song’s official video, which is slated to be released shortly, will only heighten anticipation for the upcoming tour.

Stopping in 17 cities across the country, the 2013 CMT Hitlist Tour promises a one-of-a-kind musical experience by bringing together a staggeringly impressive roster of celebrated Canadian country artists. Given the unique opportunity to tour with friends and label-mates Doc Walker, Emerson Drive will no doubt bring the house down night after night with performances of songs from their 5th studio album along with a handful of their 15 top 10 hits released over the past decade.
