Smoking and Re-Entry Policy
The EnCana Events Centre enforces a no re-entry policy during paid events in the facility. Anyone leaving the EnCana Events Centre during a paid event will not be allowed to re-enter the building without purchasing a new ticket. Any exceptions must be approved by the Centre's Director or his/her designee.
The only re-entry into the Arena is from the designated “Smoking Area,� (through doors designated at Section 103 and the NW Stairwell on suite level) unless specifically mentioned on the event ticket. When a person leaves the building, they may not re-enter unless authorized by management or an Event Supervisor.
Before exiting the facility, all alcoholic beverages must remain in the facility – a table and waste receptacle will be present at entrance doors of smoking area.Â
Patrons MUST show their ticket to the security personal stationed at the doors upon exiting and entering from the smoking area, or entry will be denied!
