The holiday season is approaching quickly and before you know it, we will be wondering how best to celebrate the season with our staff. Should we have a party or a dinner? Where do we go? What about food, music or décor!

Everyone is busy and finding the time to plan an event for staff can be time consuming. No worries! The Encana Events Centre has done all of the heavy lifting for you. We have designed a holiday party where you and your staff can Eat, Drink and be Merry!

A holiday meal prepared by Chef Buckland, music by DJ Greg Wandling and a photo-booth stocked with fun, seasonal props; all you have to do is bring your staff and be ready to enjoy yourselves.

We have individual tickets available, as well as the ability to purchase an entire table so that you and your staff can celebrate together. For the first time, we are offering payment terms for those purchasing a table of 8. Half payable now and the residual to be automatically charged to the provided credit card on November 15th. Splitting the payment into two charges is small business friendly and one of the ways that we can better meet the needs of our guests.

BONUS - For those purchasing a table, the Encana Event Centre will provide up to 8 personalized invitations for you to give to staff members inviting them to the event (see attached example).

There will be a cash bar at the event and a signature holiday cocktail has been created. Door prizes and fun games have been planned to appeal to a wide range of attendees – all you need to bring is your enthusiasm. You don’t enjoy games? No problem – no pressure, just relax and enjoy the fun. We have also arranged for a safe ride home.
