Fan/Guest Code Of Conduct
The EnCana Events Centre’s management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience for our guests. Our guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior at all times. The Management at the EnCana Events Centre reserves the right to deny entry to the facility or eject guests displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by facility staff or management.
Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Creating a safety hazard
2. Standing on chairs/seats
3. Drunk and disorderly conduct
4. Fighting or challenging others to fight
5. Exposing of body parts
6. Interference or delay of the game/event
7. Throwing, tossing or discharging any object or liquid substance
8. Taunting and or using profanity and or other offensive language
9. Taunting of facility staff, performers, players or officials
10. Attempting to enter the field of play, locker rooms, stage, back stage
non-public or VIP areas without authorization
11. Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
12. Smoking in unauthorized areas
13. Failure to comply with facility personnel
14. Violation of EnCana Events Centre rule, regulations and policies
15. Violation of local, provincial or federal laws
Ejected guests will NOT receive a refund for their ticket(s) or be compensated in any way. Additionally, EnCana Events Centre management reserves the right to suspend season ticket/premium seating or suite privileges for guests who do not comply with these policies. We sincerely thank you for adhering to these provisions and hope you will enjoy this evening’s event.
The EnCana Events Centre has a two step approach with regards to guest
code of conduct
infractions.
Step 1. A member of the EnCana Events Centre staff will bring attention to the guest(s) their behavior or action is unacceptable and is in violation of the Guest Code of Conduct (guest(s) will be given a card). This is the guests first and only warning. For severe infractions or at the discretion of Management immediate ejection may occur
Step 2. Ejection from the venue.
Rules and Prohibited items
Alcohol
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the EnCana Events Centre. Alcoholic beverages will be sold by Ovations Food Services during most events.
Smoking Policy
The EnCana Events Centre is a smoke free facility. The is no smoking
within 25 feet from all entrances and exits.
Cameras and Recording Devices
As a general rule, cameras and recording devices
of any kind are not permitted inside the EnCana Events Centre. This is subject to change on an event by event basis. If by chance, a patron brings a camera or recording device to an event, the patron will be asked to return that item to his or her vehicle. The EnCana Events Centre cannot hold any personal property belonging to a guest.
Re-Entry
Once a patron leaves the EnCana Events Centre during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless another ticket is purchased with the exception of medical or emergency situations.
Re-selling of Tickets / Huckstering / Scalping
Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited at the EnCana Events Centre and the South Peace Community Multiplex property and for a one block radius around the facility.
Selling of Illegal Merchandise / Bootlegging
Selling of illegal merchandise not sold under the approval of the EnCana Events Centre management is prohibited on the South Peace Community Multiplex property and within a one block radius around the South peace Community Multiplex and is subject to confiscation.

Events, times, productions and performers are subject to change without notice.

Bag Check Policy:
Searches may be required at all entrances.
Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home.
Have bags/coats open for search as you approach the entrance.
