Tiger Box Office Plus Policies and Procedures

Accepted Payment Methods: The box-office accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, and cash. Personal and business checks will not be accepted. Remember, once tickets are purchased, all sales are final. There are NO refunds or exchanges.
Box Office Internet Sales: Tickets for events that are
on sale may be purchased online at our website www.dawsonco-optickets.com,
with our print at home capability you may print your tickets using your
home computer and printer. Or you can have your tickets mailed to you,
or you can choose the Will Call option. WILL CALL is only available on
the day of the show. No exceptions.
Box Office Charge By Phone: Tickets for all events that
are on sale may be purchased from 8AM PST – 9PM PST, 7 days a week, by
calling New Era Tickets call center toll free number 1.877.339.8499.
Box Office Ticket Outlet: Tickets are also available at the Dawson
Co-op High Performance Ticket Outlet located in the styles dept at Dawson Co-op Mall. The hours are Monday to Saturday 9am – 6pm. On Sales will be available at the Dawson
Co-op High Performance Ticket Outlet in conjunction with the Tiger
Box Office Plus. Please remember: not all promotions and specials are
available at the Co-Op High performance ticketing outlet that are available
at the Tiger Box Office Plus or online.
Weekend on sales: The Tiger Box Office Plus will be
open for any weekend public on sales announced for the events centre, all
customers will be helped in the order in which they arrive, until the line
has subsided or the show sells out of tickets. In the event that all tickets
do not sell out, and all patrons in line have been helped, the Tiger Box
Office Plus will remain open for 1 hour after the last customer leaves.
Ticket On Sale information: The marketing department announces events through media releases and our website. Information can also be found by signing up for the Days Inn Cyber Club. Event announcements and notifications can be given through our Cyber Club. Visit www.dawsoncreekeventscentre.com to join.
Day of Show (Weekday):The box office will open at the
regular time of 10am on day of shows. Closing times may vary, but generally
we are open until at least 30 minutes after the show begins. PLEASE ARRIVE
EARLY.
Event Days on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday: The Tiger
Box Office Plus will be open at noon or 1 hour prior to the show, whichever
comes first.
Will Call: Will Call is available ONLY on the day of
show. Will Call tickets will be ready to be picked up at 12pm (noon) or
two hours prior to the event, whichever comes first. Customers must bring
a photo ID bearing the name specified at Will Call to claim tickets, and
also their confirmation number.
It is important to note that there can be no additions or changes to Will
Call, unless an alternate pick up name is submitted to New Era Tickets
by the purchaser prior to the event. Only changes from New Era Tickets
shall be honoured by the Tiger Box Office. In addition patrons
cannot pick up partial order of Will Call tickets, and leave the rest with
the Tiger Box Office Plus. The Tiger Box Office Plus is not responsible
for the property (i.e. tickets) of the customer.
Maximum ticket purchases: Vary by event. Generally is
6 ticket limit for a concert, or 8 ticket limit for a family show. This
is subject to change based on artist/event stipulations, and in rare circumstance
at the sole discretion of the Director of Ticketing, General Manager, or
Asst. General Manager.
Tickets for children: Discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various events. Age restrictions and the amount of discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. If a child is 12 months or less in age and the accompanying adult is aware that the child will not have a seat, and will sit on the accompanying adult’s lap, no ticket is necessary and entrance to the event is free of charge.
Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available for
all events at the EnCana Events Centre. Please tell the ticket seller,
when purchasing your tickets, that you will need accessible
seating. You may purchase accessible seating at the Tiger Box Office
Plus or over the phone at 1-800-298-4200. Due to the layout of
the building, wheelchair accessible seating is not available on the floor.
Please allow two (2) weeks notice for hearing-impaired interpreters when
needed.
Lost/Stolen tickets: If tickets are lost or stolen you
should immediately report them to the Tiger Box Office Plus at the EnCana
Events Centre. For stolen tickets, a copy of the police report must be
presented to pick up replacement tickets. Lost tickets are similar to lost
cash. If the Tiger Box Office Plus replaces lost tickets, the tickets
will only be available at Will Call on the day of the event by the original
purchaser with ID and will be subject to a $5.00 per ticket reprint charge.
Tickets not received in the mail: if you order tickets by phone or through internet and did not receive them in the mail by day of the show, (14 days after your order was purchased), you should immediately call New Era Tickets 1.877.339.8499. Have your confirmation number ready and inform them you did not receive your tickets. Once you have phoned New Era Tickets, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Will Call window on the day of show.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Events: If for any reason an event is cancelled, regardless if it is re-scheduled, all customers are eligible for a refund at their point of purchase within a certain time frame, a cutoff date for refunds will be issued. Refunds will only be given before the refund cutoff date. No exceptions.If an event is cancelled or rescheduled information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and also placed on the EnCana Events Centre website www.dawsoncreekeventscentre.com and www.dawsonco-optickets.com . In the case that an event is not rescheduled, all customers who purchased tickets through New Era Tickets will be automatically refunded. Any Tiger Box Office Plus or Dawson Co-op High Performances Ticket Outlet purchasers must return to their point of purchase to obtain a refund with the credit card used and the tickets. Only customers who originally paid in cash will be issued cash refund.
