Potential Canada Post Strike - In preparation of a potential Canada Post strike or job action starting on July 2, 2016, mail delivery of your event tickets may be disrupted. We do not guarantee delivery of mail within a particular time frame.

For tickets already purchased with mail as the delivery method, if you do not receive your order within one (1) week prior to the event, please contact the Tiger Box Office Plus at the Encana Events Centre. The confirmation number and credit card used for the purchase will be required.

To ensure tickets are received, mail delivery will not be an option for the following if a postal strike or job action occurs on July 2, 2016:

• GrizFest 2016                               July 30 – 31, 2016

These events will be WILL CALL only and tickets can be picked up at the Tiger Box Office Plus at the Encana Events Centre or at the event gates.
